    Default Multileader Background mask

Summary: Add Background mask in the Multileader Style Manager

Description: For some strange reason there is no possibility to choose a background mask for Multileaders in the Multileader Style Manager. With aerial maps as background available, it's better to place text on a background

As a workaround, you can select any number of existing mleaders and enable the background masking.

Applying background masking after the fac tis useful, but I would like to see it in the style defintion, as long as I can override it in the objects.

However, MText masking is, IMO, poorly implemented. I would vastly prefer masking that actually reponded to the line length, instead of min-max extents of the entire block of text.

Decent haloing & shadowing would be great to have as well
