Default Revit Crash - Crash when viewing 1 level in model

    Hi,

This has been frustrating and haven't seen this online anywhere:

    - Revit crashes in our model only on level 2 of the building, some views on this level don't crash (like the slab GA plan) but all other GA plans crash.
    - The Revit model crashes for all users except for 1 person, this user has a lower spec computer so I wouldn't expect this.
    - You can't duplicate a view so all work is lost, however you can delete a view then the view doesn't crash so i assume there is something corrupt on the GA?

Please help, I have no idea on how to resolve this!

    Cheers,
    Miguel

Do you have a tiff image on that level by chance?
    I've seen those cause problems.
Also try turning off your hardware acceleration. If that solves the problems that's where your answer might lie.

Have everyone get out of the model, and then open the model with the Audit box checked. Synchronize and close the model. This can help irregular database issues. You can also consider re-creating the model if the view object is actually corrupted.
