Dialog Box Color Change In Windows 10

AutoCAD 2016 on Windows 10.

Where in Windows 10 do I change the colors of my dialog box.
My Contrast Themes are way off from what I need and could not find what theme
I currently have. In the color themes, I can change almost all colors except the
left blueish pane on the left. What's the trick here?

IDK about the blue background, but you can change the text from white to black. See this post.

But that post seem to refere to Windows 7. I have Windows 10 and can't find Window Color And Appearance.
Am still looking. Or maybe in Win10, it's called something else.

Yep, Google sure is my "friend"!
I saw the link when I googled for solutions. According to the attached image,
the AutoCAD color is supposed to march that of Windows 10 setting, black text
on white background, but it's not happening. Guess am missing something here.

(Update)
By the way, what I need to change is the left pane on the dialog boxes.
According to the previous image, the AutoCAD's has the blueish color with
white text while the PhotoDraw has gray background color with white text.
The method to do this in Windows 10 does not show how to change the left
pane in the dialog box.

Well, I found something that did it. It's called Classic Color Panel utility. It's a small file that don't need to be installed; in case someone else is interested.
