AutoCAD 2017 "Publish" Command Missing

(Sorry about the prefix, there is no 2017 on the pull down)
We just updated our AutoCAD to 2017 and it seems that the "Publish" Command is gone.
Funny thing is, it's still on the pull down menu under "File" and if you go to "Output" on the ribbon and hit the "Batch Plot" icon, it's gone from there as well.
The Icons are there, it's the command that's missing.
In all 3 cases, we are getting a "Unknown command" message.
Anybody know what's going on?

I don't see why that command would be removed. Have you tried running the command from the command line? if not, have you tried a reinstall or repair?

Before a repair or re-install, check to see if the demand-loading flag is set. This is probably a load-on-command-call function, so if the flag is cleared it will always report as an unknown command.
