    Default Schedules Problem

Hi :) Schedules in Revit are such a relief! I have quick question on them.

How do I control repeating rolls. For example I have repeating room types with same finishes. I don't want to have tree same rolls but just one.
For now my workaround is deleting the room from the floorplan and typing the name and area but you can tell by yourself this is bad :).

So what are your thoughts on that?

Go to Sorting/Grouping, sort by field that suit your needs and uncheck Itemize Every Instance.

If anyone wants a video for how to use and manipulate Revit's Schedules I made one here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCrEhK6MS8A
