Converting files into previous versions

I have been stuck with the task of changing over 3600 files from ACAD2002 down to ACAD2000 and was wondering if there was a quicker way than to open and save as to each file. Is there a program that I can get that will let me do them all at once. Thanks for any help.

A2000, A2000i and A2002 all used the same file format. Are you sure this project is necessary?
