Default Custom Subassembly does not show up in section view

I have created a Subassembly with SAC 2015(please find the attached file), for an infrastructure network wet utilities, potable water, storm water, irrigation and foul sewer.
In Civil 3D i created alignments profiles and then the corridors for the wet utilities.
The problem is when i try to create a section view, the corridors for other utilities does not show up.
But there is something wierd and it happens when i create an alignment after the utility corridors are already created.
If i create the alignment which i will use for sample lines (roadway) and then create wet utility corridors, everything goes fine and i see all data on the section view.
Any help would be appreciated since i tried so hard and could not figure out the problem.
