Is this a ACAD error, or a Windows 7 error?

But you might try a REPAIR of your Acad installation



Etransmit frequently fails, and the workaround I've used with some success is to audit and clean out all the nested/referenced Xref, and clean things up as much as possible. Of course, many of my base files come from vairous surveyors, many of whom have little idea or concern about clean cad practices, so a lot of cruft builds up (like 47 different trxt style all using SIMPLEX.shx)

Xref's and Dref cause a lot of problems on etransmit and export try binding or inserting also locked points and surfaces in C3D cause problems
