Default Palette Display problem after recent Windows 10 Annversary Update

I have a problem since installing the latest Window Anniversary Update. When I drag the layer manger palette from my main display to my second display, part of the main screen is still showing in the left side of the layer manger palette. (see attached jpg.) Clearly this is a display issue but I've run out of ideas as to how to fix it.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dennis
