More Control on Placing Stakeout Points

Summary: Need to have stationing included with cogo points created from corridor. and have more control on options when placing points by alignments.

Description: When placing Cogo Points from Corridor - It would be ideal to have the station included in the point label. currently it justs lists crown or etw, etc. with no station reference.

Also When Placing points by Alignments it would be nice to have a checklist that we can go through and choose which options to include and place points once instead of multiple times and have points not sequential.
For Example when we place points by alignment with station references- we have to place Centerline points by stations, then come back and place horizontal geometry points, then come back and place vertical geometry points. Having a checklist where we could pick all 3 options needed would greatly simplify the point placing process and keep points in a sequential order down the alignment.
