    Default Fabrication CADMep 2016 - 3D look on duct/pipes

Currently when I open up any file with fabricated ducts placed in it, they open with a 3D look. It looks like this: .

When my supervisor opens up the same file, it will look as we desire, with the double lines representing the round duct. It looks like this:

Rectangular duct looks pretty much correct either way. I'm fairly certain there is an option that is checked somewhere that I'm missing. I've tried adjusting shadeplot but I've exhausted the locations to look. Does anyone know what setting this is?

    Thanks.
