Parcels from Objects

I have some polylines that are the construction lines for 5 new parcels. I already have 45 parcels created. 3 of the 5 new parcels are adjoining the parcels I have already created.

I want to use the Create Parcels from Objects command and select the polylines along with the parcel segments that have already been created to make the 5 new parcels. I see cant select a parcel segment as one of the entities to create new parcels with.

In other words. if I am going to add 1 new Parcel to a row of 10 existing parcels and I sketch a polyline that represent 3 of the parcel sides and the 4th side is already a parcel line what is the best method to create that new parcel?

Parcels kind of happen on their own when parcel segments within the same site form a closed area.

In rkmcswain's example, provided you're adding the new parcel to the same site as the adjoining parcel, you would only need to select the three white lines. The 4th side is already a parcel segment in that site and a parcel would form on its own.
