Summary: create layout in modelspace that is automatically scaled to set scales

Description: I once owned an Autocad add on program that allowed me to create, in Modelspace, a boundary viewport that would automatically scale text, dimensions, leaders, et. al., to any defined scale. If any text, dimension, etc., was created outside this boundary, it would default to the default text size of the drawing. When creating this boundary, the drawing would also automatically create the boundary and set it to a non-plotting layer, with the scale listed outside the boundary. So you would end up with a group of viewports (I use the name viewports, but they're not actual viewports in the Autocad sense) in Modelspace, It's not actually as confusing as this sounds !!
