Default Find Takeoff in other Sheet and Models

    Navisworks Quantification
Sometimes because of how a project was put together you may have parts of the information of a takeoff item distributed among several sheet and models within the sheet browser. I find it extremely tedious to relocate takeoff items if the item taken off is “hidden” among several locations especially if that was distributed over several sheets and models. It is literally a maze to find already taken off work if the info is in several parts of the sheet browser. An obvious example of this is you may have a lighting plan of a multistory building which was done in 2d. The light fixtures are distributed across several sheets. Once you move out that sheet or the model there is no easy way to tell which sheet or model contained corresponding takeoff information. There should be a way to click on a link within the quantification workbook or item catalog or better yet a visual way to know which sheets or model the corresponding takeoff items can be found. An option to have a legend of the takeoff items would also be useful.
