Detail Buble Needs Help!!!!!

I have been working on this and am having issues with the wipeout not staying with the detail circle and the leader line point not associating with the bubble in flipped states. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!!!

wipeout not staying with the detail circle!

The wipeout needs to be added to the move action associated with the position parameter that controls the movement of the detail circle.

The leader landing looks simple but causes an amazing number of complications, as does the adjustable box. Chain Actions do not like to be nested.

Hopefully someone on here my have a better idea, but in the past I have spent a bit of time trying to figure this out and ended up just going with a circle instead of the rectangle since it only needs one size parameter and can be done with a scale instead of a stretch action. When I absolutely need a rectangle I just draw one and mark it with the circle ended block and turn off the block. Then possibly make a group of the two to keep them connected.

I have attached the block I developed with the circle option. It has other options in other visibility states included as well. Take a look at how I made it and maybe you will see something better that I did not.
