Data Extraction Alert pains

I've used the Data Extraction Wizard several times today trying to extract some data and send it to an excel file. I keep getting an alert and an extraction file that consists of the text "Delete me" in cell A1 and nothing else.

I've tried several times to attach the pic of the alert, but no go right now.

The text in the alert is "Could not load file or assembly 'Ac32BitAppServer, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=720edf2a101b1' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

my AutoCAD is a 2018 subscription, I'm running Windows10, Platform is 64 bit.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well, well, I see that the pic uploaded both ways!

Anyone got any ideas on a solution to my problem?
