Nice work but I'd question the 3 shadows for the lamp, especially the one right under it.

For my honor is my life!
The 3 shadows are due to the 3 over head lights at a five foot spacing roughly 7 feet above the surface of the table. I used my office lighting as reference.
P.S. My office lighting stinks.
Thats pretty decent.....somebody somewhere might want something similar for a webpage because you are showing drafting. What about a ruler and protractor?
That's a good idea. I will work more on it tonight and post something new tommorrow. Thank you for your insight.
Great job i really like the way it all goes together

I agree...I understand a shadow appearing on the table not in the direct spot of the lamp light...but there should be no shadow within the 'hot spot' itself. Otherwise, great job!Originally Posted by jmelanson
I looks great. What did you use to render it?
Just plain ol' AutoCAD my friend. I use my digital camera in order to get new texture maps from materials we have in the shop, save them as TGA files through photoshop, and then use them to render my items within AutoCAD.Originally Posted by kj1
