Default Updating a title block (sheet revision dates)

I have a question about my title block, specifically the sheet revision dates. My title block workflow is that I have a XREFed file that contains all my project-specific attributes like logo, project name, client, and location. Then I have a block that gets inserted into each layout sheet that contains sheet-specific attributes, like drawing name & number, drawn by name, etc. The part of my title block I’m having an issue with is the revision date section. I typically list out all the progress set issue dates, as well as addendum & bulletin set issue dates. (Image attached to this post) I want to be able to globally change those dates across all sheets when the architect says “we have to delay the issue date of that set by three days”, so my first thought was that these revision dates need to be a part of my XREFed title block file. But the issue is that not all sheets are part of every progress set, and only certain sheets are part of the addendum and bulletin sets. So I don’t want all issued set dates to appear on every sheet. Does anyone have a creative yet simple way of achieving this? I know someone smarter than me can school me on a simple solution.

    Thanks!

Sounds like a perfect candidate for Sheet Set Manager. I take it you are not using SSM?
