Converting Imperial to Metric & back again?

Hi is there a way to convert a model sent in imperial to metric & vice versa using a dynamo script?

Not sure you need to convert anything. Just change the units in the project settings. When you're done change them back.
I've done it with families before. Worked just fine. Haven't tried it in a full project though.
