I am currently dealing with an issue pertaining to my drawing I drew in landscape to be able to set scale and etc. I tried lots of trouble shooting to transfer it to landscape, and no matter what i do it does not appear.

I'm not certain I understand your question. Could you maybe post a screenshot of what you have now and a markup of what you expect to end up with?

From your first post and the attached screen shots, it appears you have created a floor plan in MS and you have a title block and view port in PS.
And you can't see the floor plan through the viewport in PS, is that correct?
If that is the case, it could be several things, but the first thing I would do is activate (go into) the viewport in PS and zoom all, (it may just not be looking at the right area).
(if you have the viewport locked, you will need to unlock it first before zooming)
The second thing I would do, while you have the viewport active, is check to make sure the layer(s) aren't frozen or off though the viewport.
