Hi Hugh,
I hope you don't mind me asking, any chance you could do a 100x500mm Chevron hatch pattern(trapezoidal 45 degree angle pieces) again with 2mm joints?
best regards,
Sam

- required a rotation before saving that pattern.
hth,

Morning Hugh
thank you for doing this, each tile is still a rectangle with 90 Degrees, what i needed was a 500x100 tile that is trapezoidal with internal angles 45,and 135 so that they form a chevron pattern when they are butted together.
many thanks,
Sam
I'd be cautious about trying to use hatches for representation of physically dimensioned objects like tiles, blocks, or bricks. Like line types they're symbolic in purpose so there's no guarantee of proper sizes and positions.
You might consider using an array of dynamic blocks for this.
HI hUGH
I did a sketch but didn't know how to attach the pdf file, i have attached a photograph of the tile pattern that i am trying to achieve, I hope it helps.
best regards,
Sam
