Summary: I would like data linked tables to be corrected so that if a table is data linked into a drawing, I can use the split table feature to break a long table into multiple tables.

Description: I would like data linked tables to be corrected so that if a table is data linked into a drawing, I can use the split table feature to break a long table into multiple tables. A normal Civil 3D table allows this but when using the data linked tables, any format changes are only displayed in the first table and not in the subsequent tables. I am linking in many Excel tables and when they are long ones, I have to break it up into multiple data links and bring in a portion of the whole table multiple times instead of only once and using to split to break it up. It also needs to repeat the headers similar to Excel.

Is this an AutoCAD issue or a Civil 3D issue? Data Links are part of base AutoCAD.
