Duplicate shared parameter

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the shared parameters.
I have an application that creates a group and the shared parameters that I need. But if the user changes the file of shared parameters, the application recreates the group and reassigns the parameters to the elements, so that the parameters are duplicated.
How can I avoid duplicating if a shared parameter is already in the project?
