Default Background Colour in Data Bands

    I am absolutely stuck...

I am trying to format a new Data Band style, and there is a solid background to the band. It is the same colour and on the same layer as the band linework, but I cannot work out how to remove the solid colour and just show the outline.

Has anyone else struggled with this?
    Cheers,
    Tim

    Solved.

Modelspace view and Viewport were in Shaded Mode. As soon as I went back to 2d Wireframe the solid background vanished.
    That was embarrassing.
