Default Points in a DWG file from Carlson

I am wondering if there is a way to export points generated from a survey done with Carlson to Civil 3D?

So what you have is the DWG file with Carlson points in it?
Or do you have a folder full of files?

Assuming you have a DWG file with Carlson points, use the DATAEXTRACTION command to create a CSV from the point blocks, then import that to get CogoPoints.

Sorry I didnt get back to this one soon, I resolve it simply with the point utility command "Replace Softdesk Point Blocks"
