Quantification for Wall Finish in Navisworks

Hi everyone
I am new in the Quantification method in Navisworks my questions are:

1- When I model the wall with the finish, the Navisworks quantification takeoff the wall as one basic wall I couldn't separate the finish and the masonry all in each, so is there any way to calculate the finish by itself and the masonry by itself?

2-Is there a ready catalogue i can download to use directly in the Navisworks Quantification Takeoff?

3- Is it true that the Material Take off and the quantifications in Revit are not accurate as in Navisworks?
