CORRIDOR DITCH WITH BEDROCK

Hi
I would like to know before to try anything and to start right what kind of assembly to use to achieve a corridor with 2 surfaces, bedrock and natural ground.
I want to excavate and target the bedrock with steep slope and change the slope to target the overburden. I also want a bench on the bedrock.
I have attached a sketch to help understanding.
