Default Navisworks not bringing in room tags to objects selected

When using the quantification workbook and the saved search sets we require the ability to search for objects in selected rooms. For example, we would like to search for the shower in the ensuite in one search and then search for the shower in the bathroom in another search as each shower may be a different size or style. Or do a search for all showers but have the room tag associated to each shower come through in the data. Another case is searching for floor tiles and then have the room tag associated to each area of floor tiles.

What we are finding is the room tag is not coming through with any items.

We can report Revit 'Families' in Navisworks and we can report Revit 'Rooms' in Navisworks. However, we cannot figure out how to report which 'Families' are in each 'Room'. We can schedule this in Revit but not in Navisworks. When we click on the family in Navisworks the properties do not list the Room information.

I have attached a document that shows the data we are bringing in.
