Summary: LayDel should list all references to a layer when it fails to delete it. It should do the same for verticals like Civil 3D instead of deleting them which causes problems.
Description: It's frustrating when an AutoCAD command fails without explanation. Returning this information would allow users to either modify the references or decide to keep the layer knowing why it's there.
LayDel command fails when the layer is referenced by an object, block definition, dimension style, etc… It will delete layers referenced by a Civil 3D style preventing verticals from creating objects.
An option to select a replacement layer for each reference would be a nice option.
