Default Apply a filter across multiple view templates simultaneously

Summary: The ability to apply an existing or new filter to multiple view templates simultaneously.

Description: The ability to select an existing filter, or when creating a new filter, to select multiple view templates to apply it to - rather than the manual steps of adding it within each applicable view template and then selecting the override to apply - such as halftone, transparency, etc within each view template.
