Mask MTEXT & MLEADERS as they are created

Summary: Make it an option for all entities a mask can be added. Do this as the entities are created instead of an afterthought.

Description: Add the option to mask text in the TEXT STYLE dialog for MTEXT & MLEADERS Style Dialog (Like in the Dimensions Style Manager). Adding additional clicks and picks for every MLeader and piece of MText is really frustrating.

Having Background Mask, Color, and Offset for MTEXT saved in the Text Style would be great. The fact that plain TEXT and ATTRIBUTES that use Text Style don't support that is the problem.

Background mask for both MTEXT and MLEADER with all color and border offset settings is still a big wish-list item for me. I'm on 2018 so I'm not sure if it's in the newer version yet or not. This seems like a straight forward update.
