    I need this routine to work with nested xrefs also...

    Can you provide an explanation on what this is supposed to do? I know I don't have time to decipher someone else's undocumented code.

    When saving code always include the author, and the link you got it from added as comments at the top.
    That generally offers an explanation of the code and a discussion of what it was needed for with a group of people already familiar with the code.
