measure command not working properly

Just started seeing that when asked to measure a distance it is giving me inaccurate results. I double checked with drawing a line along the same distance and got a different number with the latter being accurate. Also checked to see my picks point to start and finish measuring the distance wasn't snapping to a different point and it wasn't. Anyone else have this happen?

Check the Z-values of the points your are snapping to. (You are using OSnaps, right??)
