Civil 3D objects and drawing can't be saved

I've started using Civil 3D point label styles to show more attribute data and now when
I change the point properties to show the new style the drawing will not save.
I'm getting an error shown in attachment.

My first attempt for this kind of message is to try to save the drawing to the desktop, then save it onto the server which usually fixes the issue. I haven't seen it in a long time but I think I restart CAD after I save it to the desktop then save it to the server.

As the article notes you can try an audit command on the drawing to see if it can fix any errors with it.
