Summary: Automatically fill / search file names in insert dialog box

Description: When inserting a block, it would be nice when in the desired directory (with approx 5000 block files) to be able to start typing the block file name and it will highlight it straight off rather than having to scroll through all the files until it is found and selected in the relevant directory.

The Open dialog box for Office applications work like this and my Text editor does as well. AutoCAD's standard Open dialog boxes have some nice features with the ability to modify a list of folders and places to quickly open from, but adding autofill here would be a nice addition as well since it's become a standard everywhere else.

For blocks already defined in the drawing adding one by typing it's name on the command line works with autofill.
