    Question Text Watermark

I'm trying to get some text (NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION, that goes from the lower left up to the upper right corners) to become as a watermark.
We use a lot of different xref's on our drawings and I can't seem to get the text (watermark) to go behind the xref's.
I can get the text (watermark) to go behind everything else, just not the xref's. Am I missing something here?

Have you tried DRAWORDER? Select the text, right click and select Draworder>Send To Back.

Yes, on my screen it is showing up as behind everything, but when I do a plot preview and/or plot it comes out with the xref behind the text.

Go into Plot Style Table (Pen assignments) and set up a color to have "Screening" to suit your need. Remember to "send to back" your Not for construction
