    Default leader location with text

I am wanting to create a note with a leader line that extends under the first line of text the full length of the text note. Does any one have any ideas how to do this. Basically I would like the nesting location of the end of the leader shoulder to not be centred to the left of the first line of text but to be located to the right side of the text with leader shoulder between the first and second text line. see the image for what I am looking for. I made this one using a blank leader and adding separate text.

Uhhh… okay, I think this is theoretically possible, but any differences in font sizes, widths, etc. will mess the alignment up, and I am not sure the text editing in Revit will be able to maintain the relationship between the leader's start location and the intended first line of text. You could, though, instead create a Generic Annotation with an editable label/instance parameter embedded both for the line of text above, and the text below. That would be my preferred route since I know that one user can muck up the text styles without realizing the impact to a graphic as sensitive as this. I hope that helps? Good luck!
