Default Make Multiple "Grip" or Attachment point available on a structure to attach pipes to without being the center.

Summary: It would sure be nice to be able to attach a pipe to the midpoint of a side of an inlet (any shape other than round) instead of always being the center of the structure. That is not how things get constructed in the field.

Description: When we have rectangle shaped structures (10'X3' Type 1A Inlet) the pipes sometimes need to come into the short side of an inlet and if they are at any kind of angle, then it makes it look like it cuts through the corner of the box. Make user definable connection points to allow the user to connect the pipes to an edge instead of the center.

um... we have this now. So... wish granted??

Seriously, its been introduced with a new catalog. The existing catalogs were built with the AutoCAD MEP engine and never updated to address our "civil" needs. That's what brought about the infrastructure parts editor. This can create those different connection points.

I believe it was introduced with the 2019 version, but not sure:

    Hope this helps!
