Incremental text insertion

Summary: Intergraph/Microstation had a feature that as I inserted text, the number would increase by an increment of 1. Example: I would insert text A-001, the next text insert would automatically A-002, A-003 and so on.

Description: I would insert text such as "A-001" and the next text insert would automatically "A-002", then "A-003" and so on.
