Best Screen Recording software for training videos?

Hi,
As the title suggests, I'm looking for a package that will allow me to do voice overdubs of the recorded training videos.
Anyone have software suggestions? There seems to be a ton of them out there.

I've tried a couple, but, CAMtasia has been the easiest and most capable. Definitely worth the money. I bought my own license because I didn't like the software my company provided (haha, danger, cause then I got roped into doing more videos because mine always looked better ).

I know these posts are older but OBS is a great free one with all of what you asked for.
