2022 issues

has anybody experienced issues with the annotative scaling of text in c3d 2022?
I'm currently trying it out and have had some problems with the annotative text not scaling to the current scale.
I have had to save and exit, close acad and relaunch to fix the problem. was wondering if it is a bug or a system variable
I need to set.

A regen is typically sufficient

I agree, it usually is, but in this case I regen'd numerous time with no effect.
