Summary: The fence would act like a railing except the topography would act as the host
Description: in plan draw a sketch of the path the fence would travel, select the topography as the host, provide fence posts profiles, infill panels or rails.

this is a good idea -- a railing/fence type that can be hosted on any and all surfaces and multiple host types at once would be even better and solve this issue and many more.
