    Default cross sections from points without surface

    Summary: Simple point data cross sections without the need for a surface

    Description: We do a lot of river bar cross section monitoring where the data is not sufficient to create a surface. Would like to be able to create cross sections without needing to create a bogus surface!

    We do the same. We simply make a feature line out of a 3dpolyline connecting the points then offset the line 5' each side. It's not perfect but its relatively quick and easy.
