Unequal stretch dynamic block

Is it possible to make a block to stretch in both X & Y directions UNEQUALLY with just one grip? Thanks.

Yes.
Stretch actions have properties available for providing an Angle Offset and a Distance Multiplier. This allows you to add two or more stretch actions to the same linear parameter and have the stretch actions operate in a different direction than the movement of the parameter and multiply the movement by a given amount.
