Default How to add reference planes to tag family?

This is a tag family and someone has managed to add a reference plane to it. I want to replicate how it is done. Anyone has any idea?

Never done this before, never had a need for that, but it looks like revit allows to copy (to clipboard) ref planes from some families (room tag family, for example) to others. Not sure if c/p ref plane would behave as intended though.
