Default revisions showing up when they are not supposed to

It was brought to my attention that we have 3 revisions in this project. The first two revisions i.e. ‘A’ & ‘B’ are set to show NONE for the the revision cloud and tag. And yet they are showing in the revision schedule and on the sheet. last we these were the same settings and we did not have a problem.

what happens if you check off "ISSUED"? (in you revision dialog)

(btw we use "per sheet" because some of our sheets will get revised separately after IFB or IFC)

If there are any revision clouds in any of the views on the sheet (or even in the sheet view), the revision will appear in the revision box. You can click on "revisions on sheet" in the sheet property box & see if you can uncheck the revision.

Also check the "Revisions On Sheet" Dialog box. If it's not checked there, it's guaranteed there's a cloud either on a the sheet or in one of the views on the sheet.
