Text and dimensions

When I go to paper space, after adding notes and dimensions in model space, they are not showing up.

could be a couple things...
Your notes and dims are "annotative" with certain annotation scales and your viewport is set to a different scale then those
(you would need to add that scale to your annotative text and dims or set your viewport to a scale they do have)

Or maybe you have the layer the text and dims are on frozen in the viewport.
