Black and White selection at plot time

Summary: Add a check box in the Plot and Publish dialogue box that prints black and white, regardless of printer/plotter or plot settings, similar to Adobe Acrobat

Description: Providing a check box in the plot dialogue window that let's a user change the plot to plot in black and white only, instead of having to change plot styles, etc. for one plot. Other windows programs have this feature and it allows a user to plot or print to b&w without changing the file or plot settings for a file or project.

Isn't plotting things differently like that what we've always had Plot Styles for?

plot styles. pagesetups, all can address this at the user level w/o needing the development team to address
