    Default Raster Design Tools

I have a question about the inclusion of Raster Design Tools in AutoCAD Architectural 2018.
I have the import PDF's, but cannot find Raster Design Tolls in this version.
When did Autodesk begin including Raster Design as part of the program?

Thanks, in advance, for any help...

It's not part of the program. It is a separate program with a separate install. If you have the AEC collection, you can download it from your account page.

Also, RD doesn't do pdf's, just raster images like tif, png and jpg. 2018 includes tools for working with pdf's. The xref palette can attach pdf's. The PDFIMPORT command can convert vector pdf's into acad linework. And the PDFSHX command can convert polyline text generated from shx fonts in a pdf to mtext.

Thank you for your reply about the Raster Design status. I was told it was part of the newer versions of the program.
I already know that PDF imports are separate and was not asking about using Raster Design for PDF's.
I will check with my AEC package and see if I can find the Raster Design Tools install package.
