Fire Hydrant in plan Issue

I have a pressure pipe that I am trying to add a 60' depth hydrant to and I get the red circle with the exclamation point. The 72" depth hydrant is the only hydrant that comes in correctly. I opened and saved all the files in the pressure pipe catalog from a previous tip with no change. What could be causing this and is there a remedy?
